Ce chiffre passera \u00e0 plusieurs centaines de milliers de tonnes par an d&#8217;ici 2029.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Actuellement, l&#8217;aluminium, le verre et le cuivre des modules mis au rebut sont retrait\u00e9s, mais pas les cellules solaires en silicium.\u00a0Afin de pouvoir r\u00e9utiliser le silicium, des chercheurs du Fraunhofer Center for Silicon Photovoltaics CSP et du Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems ISE, en collaboration avec la plus grande entreprise allemande de recyclage de modules PV, Reiling GmbH &amp; Co. KG, ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une solution , dans lequel le silicium des modules mis au rebut \u00e9tait recycl\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9chelle industrielle et r\u00e9utilis\u00e9 pour produire de nouvelles cellules solaires PERC.<\/p>\n<p>La plupart des syst\u00e8mes photovolta\u00efques en Allemagne ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9s entre 2009 et 2011 lors de la premi\u00e8re vague d&#8217;expansion photovolta\u00efque.\u00a0&#8220;Cette expansion sera vraisemblablement suivie d&#8217;une premi\u00e8re vague d&#8217;\u00e9limination vingt ans plus tard, vers 2029, lorsque le tarif de rachat pour les modules photovolta\u00efques install\u00e9s expirera&#8221;, explique le professeur Andreas Bett, directeur de l&#8217;institut Fraunhofer ISE.\u00a0&#8220;Par cons\u00e9quent, il est n\u00e9cessaire d&#8217;\u00e9tablir des processus et des proc\u00e9dures ad\u00e9quats pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le mat\u00e9riau de silicium des modules mis au rebut \u00e0 un stade pr\u00e9coce.&#8221;\u00a0D\u00e9j\u00e0 en 2021, la quantit\u00e9 totale install\u00e9e de modules photovolta\u00efques en Allemagne \u00e9tait d&#8217;environ cinq millions de tonnes, avec une teneur en silicium de 150 000 tonnes. En tant que mat\u00e9riau semi-conducteur, le silicium est le principal composant des cellules solaires.<\/p>\n<p>Un groupe de travail de Fraunhofer CSP, en collaboration avec Reiling GmbH &amp; Co. KG, a donc d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration du mat\u00e9riau en silicium avec un financement du minist\u00e8re f\u00e9d\u00e9ral allemand de l&#8217;\u00c9conomie et du Climat BMWK (anciennement BMWi).\u00a0Avec ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9, il est possible de recycler tous les modules PV en silicium cristallin, quels que soient leur fabricant et leur origine.\u00a0Le professeur Peter Dold, chef de projet chez Fraunhofer CSP, explique : \u00ab Si ce n&#8217;\u00e9tait pas le cas, cela repr\u00e9senterait beaucoup trop de travail pour les entreprises de recyclage. Il \u00e9tait important pour nous de d\u00e9velopper un processus \u00e9volutif qui a un sens \u00e9conomique. . Beaucoup de choses sont possibles en laboratoire, mais notre nouveau proc\u00e9d\u00e9 devrait faire ses preuves dans la pratique pour l&#8217;industrie du recyclage.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Pour le processus, les fragments de cellules solaires sont s\u00e9par\u00e9s et collect\u00e9s \u00e0 partir des sous-produits du processus de recyclage m\u00e9canique, qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9tabli.\u00a0Au Fraunhofer CSP, les fragments de cellules de 0,1 \u00e0 1 millim\u00e8tre sont d&#8217;abord d\u00e9barrass\u00e9s du verre et du plastique par divers processus de tri.\u00a0Ceci est suivi par le retrait \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape du contact arri\u00e8re, des contacts en argent, de la couche antireflet et enfin de l&#8217;\u00e9metteur par gravure chimique humide.\u00a0Le silicium ainsi nettoy\u00e9 est transform\u00e9 en lingots monocristallins ou quasi monocristallins dans les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s classiques puis en wafers.<\/p>\n<p>La cristallisation est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec 100 % de silicium recycl\u00e9 sans ajout de silicium ultrapur commercial.\u00a0Les plaquettes en silicium recycl\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transform\u00e9es en cellules solaires PERC au\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ise.fraunhofer.de\/en\/rd-infrastructure\/tecs\/pv-tec.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PV-TEC de Fraunhofer ISE<\/a>\u00a0.\u00a0Lors du premier essai, l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 de conversion des cellules solaires \u00e9tait de 19,7 %.\u00a0&#8220;C&#8217;est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 des cellules solaires PERC haut de gamme d&#8217;aujourd&#8217;hui, qui ont une efficacit\u00e9 d&#8217;environ 22,2\u00a0%, mais c&#8217;est certainement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des cellules solaires des anciens modules mis au rebut&#8221;, d\u00e9clare Dold, mettant les premiers r\u00e9sultats en contexte. \u201d<\/p>\n<p>La source:<a href=\"https:\/\/tecsol.blogs.com\/mon_weblog\/2022\/02\/cellules-solaires-perc-en-silicium-100-recycl%C3%A9-.html\">Cellules solaires PERC en silicium 100% recycl\u00e9 (Tecsol blog) (blogs.com)<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>08 f\u00e9vrier 2022<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":12,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[795],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-13915","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-actualites-industrielles"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.4 -
